Account issues
How do I get started?
Our system uses automatic functions, so there is no need to provide personally information during registration. Just enter some basic information in the appropriate field and click “sign up”. This will take you straight to your personal control panel dashboard.

How can I invite new members, make deposits, and do other basic tasks?
Start by reading through our how to begin section as this has the answers to every question you might have about getting started.

Am I limited to using only one payment processor for all deposits ?
Not at all. You can use as many payment systems as you want to make all the deposits you need. Keep in mind that withdrawals can only be made through the payment processed used to make your deposits. You can keep track of all this information through the withdrawal page.

Can family members create accounts on shared computers?
This is acceptable as long as you do not exploit the referral system by referring family members.

Can i have more than one account?
We don’t allow users to have multiple accounts. Accounts are restricted to one per computer and one per member. Not following the Osonyo Limited rules about this issue and others can result in serious consequences. Having multiple accounts per person or computer can lead to accounts being closed and deactivated. Deposits are returned in the event of account closure, but not any winnings.

I forgot my password! Can I recover it?
Of course you can recover your lost password. There is a password recovery form offered for this very occasion.

What about a forgotten email address? Can that be recovered?
If you forget the email address you used to sign up then please contact customer support. Your email account can be recovered, but you will need to provide some basic information to verify your identity. This is an important step to maintain security for our members.

I lost access to my email account, can I change the email address I signed up with?
For security purposes we don’t allow users to change their email address. If you lose access to the email account you signed up with, then we will block that account and refund all the money through the proper payment channels. We will need you to verify your account to do this, so expect to have to answer some questions and offer some revealing information about your account.

What payment processors do you accept?
We accept deposits through BitCoin and Perfectmoney an ePayCore at the moment.

What is the minimum investment amount?
The minimum investment amount is 5$ .

What is the maximum deposit?
As of now, the maximum deposit per account is 10.000 $ .

Are there any fees when i make a deposit?
Not at all. Osonyo Limited is responsible for all fees associated with investments. We are, however, not responsible for fees charged by your bitcoin wallet or payment processor.

How can I open my account with a specific payment processor?
We support a wide range of payment processors. Each processor has their own instructions for signing up and using their services. You can find out more about these processes through the website of the payment processor or by finding video tutorials and walkthroughs on YouTube. They should cover everything you need to know about registration.

Can I have more than one active deposit?
Yes, all deposits are handled individually and you can have as many deposits as you wish.


WITHDRAWALS
When can I withdraw my earnings?
You can withdraw them every day, as long as you have the minimum withdrawal value available in your account balance.

What is the minimum withdrawal?
The minimum withdrawal is 0.0005 BTC and 0.1$ for PerfectMoney and ePayCore at the moment.

How do I withdraw my earnings?
To request a withdrawal, you need to login to members area and click on “Withdraw”. Your request will be processed instant.

How much withdrawals fee?
The BTC withdrawal fee is 0.0005 BTC and 0$ in PerfectMoney and ePayCore

What is Osonyo Limited affiliate program?
Our affiliate program is a way to earn some extra money by referring new people our program. It is not mandatory to refer other people to earn but it is a great way to increase your passive income. We have a three level deep referral system which means you will earn commissions on investments made by people your refer and also on deposits made by people they referred up to four levels.

Can I refer myself?
No, you cannot refer yourself or someone who shares the same IP address from your account.
